Star Sapphires in some old lore are under a constant soft mind control. Some of them are very overtly being mind controlled by their corps. Suffice to say Daphne would probably think willpower is an overrated light anyway.

Oooh, very nice! Star Sapphire is generally very good, especially for hypno purposes. I love her design here; both the bodysuit and billowy hair are *great*. Wonderful stuff!
