His mother, Hayah, is a being above even a creator that decided to take on a human body to do her research. One Day, she decided to gather the DNA of powerful people and decided that Ganondorf from the Fallen Hero Timeline will be the primary sperm donor. She beat him in combat and they fallen in love with each other while Hayah took some Gerudo Females to have fun with.
After Henry was born, Hayah still messed with his body adding and altering his body by adding in a lot of things like a Tri-Force from Hyrule and a Tri-Force from Lorule. It was his father doing something that broke Henry and made him punch a hole in his father's body which Ganondorf only survives due to him having absorb different Tri-Forces. His mother and father turned a sweet person into what he is today as Henry still have honor, but he will do evil things if he needs to.
