First of all, She's Catalina La Catrina, a character of "Canal 5" (a TV channel from México City)
In "Día de Muertos" this channel created this character for kids, kids can talk to her in commercials etc.
In short, Canal 5 post on his official Twitter to many users "Draw Catalina and we gonna post your drawings on the TV program" you know...Twitter have so many Lewd artist and she have Rule 34 xD!!!
I just draw her newest version, hope in the next year come back xD!

Well...i'll give you context about this.
First of all, She's Catalina La Catrina, a character of "Canal 5" (a TV channel from México City)

It's pretty much the reason as to why companies shouldn't rely on the internet (especially places like twitter) to provide input for an easy target project. But it's always a marvel to watch the fireworks when it really gets out of hand! XD

When i see it, that channel put all the drawings in a corner, the problem comes when Lady Bug started and some part of the episode that channel put a Lewd Fanart, so funny to watch that xD!!!
