From the episode 3 of Futari Wa Precure(Pretty Cure in the english dub), Pisard(Pijard in the eng dub) wants to steal the "prism stones" that the Precure have, so he hypnotises their teacher Yoshimi-sensei(Yvette in the eng dub) to lure them in a trap.

not the big thing. The teacher says that the guy's eyes are beautiful and those are watching her deeply, then the guy hypnotize her and command her to bring him that girl, and the third message is a "I'll be waiting here" "yes"

It's hard to find the eng subbed version, they only have the dub which is censored, the only way to find the original japanese version is subbed in spanish.

This scene wasn't significantly changed in the dub.

(FTR it's only hard to find subbed in high quality. If you just want to see the show, Crunchyroll's had a low-quality version for over a decade.)

Well the Crunchyroll version is region locked although the translation isn't good quality either.
