Anybody want to give context here? I've never seen this movie, but I don't see how there's hypno involved in this gif, unless maybe she's possessed by the necklace?

Essentially the plot of the movie like this group of teens are possessed by a demon that can only manifest through Truth or Dare, if you resist and don't play then it takes over whoever's turn it is and makes you play. So while she is like the main character she's currently under its control hence the weird wide Joker mouth, and other people in the movie actually get like weird pulsating eyes as well.
