Lucy got turned to a, basically a sea serpent, yokai. Since Lucy's new form is kind of like similar to Aquarius, it's possible the other two might have yokai forms similar to their own suit. Wendy could be some sort of wind yokai and Erza some armored one.
Though I wonder if Erza is a spider-woman like Rachnera

Selene did say that Grey and Natsu were being thrown "to the she-devils". That means it is very likely we'll see them transformed into youkai too, which I really hope is the case.

I had a thought that they might make Erza into a Dullahan, because of her armour. It would be amusing seeing her carrying her own head around.

Oh of course there was that, but it was years ago! The series had practically only started when that happened. There where so many teased corruptions since I kept getting my hopes up.

Exactly. I was really excited at the teased demon TFs in the Tartaros arc most of all, but this is exactly what I would have hoped for back then. They may go a more comedic route with it, but 100 Year Quest does not shy away from fanservice.
