Fairy Tail concluded. There's a continuation manga set immediately after where several main characters take on the "100 Year Quest," which is the name of the manga. The story is then split between this travelling party and the main Guild. Late in the first major arc, a white wizard brainwashes everyone in the guild to serve her, with only the quest takers away in the northern continent not affected.

Early in the second major arc, the quest takers (including, Lucy, the blonde in the picture) encounter the rest of Fairy Tail (among them Lisanna, the girl with white hair in the picture), brainwashed to serve the white wizard. The mind-controlled Fairy Tail wizards can also brainwash other people to join them, with instructions to kill them if they resist the brainwashing.

Lisanna, whose magic power is called "Animal Soul" can transform herself into half animal hybrids to fight. When the mind-controlled Lisanna encounters Lucy, she transforms herself into a snake, wraps Lucy up, and tries to brainwash her:

Many chapters later, in another arc not involving the guild at all - only the quest takers - Lucy (and the rest of her party) have been captured by the villains. The two men in the party, Natsu and Gray were given a trial by the villain, to battle their way out of the pit of yokai. While there, Natsu is entrapped by a snake monster he is shocked to find is Lucy, now seemingly transformed both physically and mentally into a yokai called a "nure-onna", i.e. a Japanese sea serpent with the upper body of a woman, who eats men:

While both snake forms are different (Lisanna actually takes over the animal to transform), Lucy's is even more sexualized with her boobs on full display, while Lisanna had scales covering hers.

It's notable that in the same manga, Lucy has been involved in two situations where a former ally mage woman has been brainwashed by their enemy and is now a snake woman coiling around their former friend and holding them face to face, each time at a different side of the situation.
