This one was my least favorite out of the RWBY set, but they're all decent.
IMO, Weiss>Yang>Blake>Ruby in terms of BradTanker's RWBY pics.

I think it's the hairstyle that does it for me. Twintails are a big weakness of mine~ <3

Fair enough. I think twintails are nice for making girls appear more childish, which is fitting for Ruby.
