Its a legal company under the mindflayer code of conduct.( Though not run by them they have plenty workin there)
No she doesn't need to pay with money (just IQ) and you don't need a license to be what can be discribed as a soda factory.
You have as much options as you request As long as you bring at least some IQ to the table seeing as when they suck it out they take the what can only be described as a leftover (theres a large amount of that) is pumped or shaped into you
You can be as dumb and as big (within reason) to be
