Since it seems you managed to do it here, I'll ask: how do you do it? XD Every way I've found is extremely inefficient and leaves tons of obvious "tearing" around whatever I select.

One of these days, I need to learn how to properly select individual people and objects for the sake of changing just their colors. It would be great for corruption manips.
Since it seems you managed to do it here, I'll ask: how do you do it? XD Every way I've found is extremely inefficient and leaves tons of obvious "tearing" around whatever I select.
It is a really time consuming technique! Basically I create a new layer for the tan. Uses the magic wand tool on the girl's skin, and paint the tan color on the new layer. Then I fix with the eraser the parts that don't look so good.
Normally I do the same for the hair. However in this one I colored them completly "by hand" and then erased the color outside the hair's borders with the eraser... by hand yet again.
I'm terrible at explaining that kind of stuff
