MCTek is a Poser artist who posts stuff on the paysite www.metrobaycomix.com, and Pristina is the character's name. Whether or not this is actually some of MCTek's work, I don't know.

Okay, so then my next question is if this Pristina is from a commercial work or not (does she appear in for-sale work, or free stuff?). Also, is she a dom or sub in this pic?

She has appeared in both free and pay stuff. Rocamiel is the one who posted this particular pic, so you'll have to ask him where it specifically came from. That said, it appears to be a variation on one of her appearances in the free section of the Metrobay site (metrobay.eroticillusions....egal/index.php/Free-Comix) in which she is in the process of being turned into a robotic slave-unit. ("The Drone Agenda: Better Than Real")
