Does this count for the wholesome tag? I love the whole trying to be evil thing. Like dr doof. Or pack rat from that one episode of Batman the animated series. Also is it wrong that I actually want to see this as a series? Like as an anime about him taking over and what he does with the girls. Maybe we could see what other powers he has

I'm tagging it wholesome. xD I think it is at least heartwarming.

I would love to see some kind of media with the evil overlord and his army of magical diapered girls. I'll try to make this a series. xD

I don't think it quite counts as wholesome, it *is* still someone hypnotizing a magical girl to pee her pants against her will. Even though he's going full Doofenshmirtz, that doesn't make him not evil.
