Ok, so if you want to tag a character but their tag does not exist yet, use "character:name" for that. Also please keep in mind, that in Japan names are written last to first name not first to last name. Furthermore, these are not characters from Love Live School idol project, but from nijigasaki high school idol club. You can tag with the love_live! tag to get the franchise and then tag the specific series these characters are from. Sorry for the rant but I want to be able to search for these things, so I wanted to clarify.
