Looks like she's gonna need to be re-hypnotized regularly if he wants to be able to keep her.

That may turn into a problem, I suggest a hypno or something from the litwick or honedge line.
A hypno is a strong pick but a most males (and some females) will take her for themselves. If you have a loyal hypno they will be best suited for any type of girl.
A litwick wouldn't help with the actual hypnotizing but they can maintain it for as long as she's near the flame and gazes into it from time to time (some say a shiny works better). If your target is known to like this kind of pokemon and you know how to hypnotize them yourself, no-one will suspect a thing.
Honedge is a strange one but if you're lucky they will give you almost full control. The slow drain of their cloth can make hypnosis irreversible unless contradictory, but too much draining could result in a mindless husk or even just flat out kill them. On the other hand, I've found that some skilled aegislash can manipulate their body as well, from moving fat to different parts of the body to changing eye color. If you have an aegislash and are willing to take a risk, it could pay off wonderfully.
