Um...if someone needs it, the text, more or less, says this:

- Madoka, I order you that every magic girl on the universe would be under my command, in body and mind.

- Kyubey is my only God, I must obey and re-build (Recreate?) the universe for his only pleasure.

Sorry for any possible typo, it is a bit difficult to translate from Spanish to English.

Not so much a typo as I think it is a grammar difference. "recreate (rebuild, same idea) the universe only for his pleasure" might be a better wording.

I'm not pleased with it, myself. I quite liked the idea of Megami-madoka, and am not pleased with the idea that she could be manipulated. If anything, she should be converting the fallen magical girls into a yuri hypno-harem

(damnit, why do i have to be writing another story right now!)

I've recently fallen in love with the idea of using Mind Control to insert feelings of religious worship toward otherwise normal people (or not-so-normal animal...things) into subjects, but it's very rare.
