She think she's still using it, but once Goblin Slayer talks about the "non-eficient clothes for fighting goblins" they would notice that... I guess she will try to find the shopkeeper to recover her chainmail xD.

I mean, she doesn't even realize she's naked because of the spell, she's unable to realize that something is wrong xD. In her mind she's wearing her normal clothes, even feeling those clothes on her body.

I mean this is a site where we also assume that girls affected by certain things do not realize that the supposed ice cream they are licking is actually some guys dick, so I think it's not too much of a stretch to think she's not realizing she no longer wears armor.
