As someone who has been lamenting the lack of YGO malesub lately, I don't think I can properly convey how HAPPY I was to see this pic.

Like, YES! Kaiba has basically infinite money, he could totally pay a doctor to develop brainwashing tech if he wanted!

I would have appreciated a line or two from Yami to show how controlled he was, but I'm still happy with this.

I did once try to write a fanfic version of this manip showing the full process of Yugi's brainwashing but gave up because it wasn't that good. Maybe I should give it another go...

If it helps your confidence I'm actually currently writing a Yami Marik/Yami Yugi hypnokink fanfiction. It might not turn out great, but it'll be better than nothing.
