So bit of backstory here, after all my frisk hypno comics, decided to try real thing, recruited pink, got a mini harem thing going on. Turns out I recruited the nerdiest of cute folks who all took a lil' theme I was doing with two of them, stage assistants, and made a bunch of lore in the 8 hours it took me to sleep and woke up with a whole backstory, roles and yadda yadda. Love the dorks.
[spoiler=Diamond Staff] The role and duty of the Diamond suite of staff is a relatively simple one where they act as security, upper management and other large duty roles. Needing a large amount of training the head of the casino personally handles the recruitment and teaching of every Diamond. This Diamond, first of staff is Sir's right hand man, servant and tool.
