This does admittedly make me super uncomfortable, but it's really funny how some react to this like "Well, in MY rape fantasy where I strip away someone's free will, violating their very existence and humanity for the purpose of getting off, I'm nice about it!"

You make a good point but that isn't quite what I meant to imply. To clarify my previous point, the sub being happy and/or empty does not necessarily equate to the dom being well intentioned. If an alien parasite advances its plans for world domination by turning people into blissfully happy slaves that go on to strip the world of its resources and enslave more people, then that would fit my criteria for "success" because the level of domination is absolute.

I suppose a way to illustrate what I mean as "failure" would be to draw a parallel between an unhappy/aware sub and a victim of conventional coercion. If a person were to threaten another at gunpoint, the victim will likely obey but it wouldn't be the same as truly dominating the victim's thoughts and desires. While that isn't exactly what's happening in the above scenario, the degree of domination is comparable and, as I see it, incomplete. Therein lies the failure.

xD Taking it there right away. Look, if you want to be like that. It's easy to argue that any non con hypnosis is basically a rape fantasy. You're just going in with. "Oh, well since they liked it, it's okay!"

The thing I was pointing out in my previous state was simply that the dom didn't fail, and that it's a fun concept for a post.
