Thanks, I think this one was a bit much for me to handle all at once but I hope the practice will help me be more consistent in my style/quality.

I wonder why this Zelda want Link as I am sure that Twilight Princess Zelda really doesn't care that much about Link.

In a way, the fact that they don't have a romantic bond in that game is exactly why. Each Zelda is a reincarnation of the Goddess Hylia who loves the original Hero, and blessed him to be reincarnated to protect her so that she could be with him for all time.

The way I imagine it, since Link and Zelda don't get much of a chance to connect, and don't remember their past iterations, Link would naturally be drawn to Ilia who he already had formed a close bond with, and might not develop romantic feelings for Zelda at all.

Zelda, on the other hand, had no time or inclination to indulge in romance while her kingdom was threatened. So, she would have nobody to distract her from her soul's yearning.

She would come to find herself drawn to Link; yet the true reason why would ellude her. Is it his courage? His righteousness? His competence? His looks? He has so many attractive qualities she would never suspect that it was something deeper, closer to the core of her being resonating with him.

Eventually, she would find herself compelled to win him over; no one else would do. No one else could trigger that spark she felt when thinking of him. Of course, she is not evil. She would never let her jealousy to lead her to harm Ilia, or force them apart...

But they haven't exactly tied the knot yet... So, there is no harm in a little... Friendly competition for Link's attention...
