Sometimes we'll get unnecessary flags like this that point to issues involving lack of tags or mass uploads. We obviously won't remove the post for that reason, and we'll instead just remove the flag and ask the flagger to next time point out the issue via the comments section.

I'mma just say the MC in this manga ended the second the model was killed to make a skinsuit, after that she's just an outfit. even if she's blown back up and is used like any other sex object, she stopped being a human and literally became a toy.
