We allow versions of images that've been hardtranslated to non-english languages (hardtranslation being the text on the image itself getting changed to the language translated to). It's the translation notes (the things you added) that we don't allow to be in languages that aren't English.

I see, but I still feel silly having done all that without seeing that there was already an english version on here. On the bright side it appears I was pretty accurate.
