The F on her hip is hard to read, perhaps you could add a text border? It's a bit tricky to use on gimp/PS but theres tutorials on how to do it. (Fancy layer tricks)

re: all the feedback; yeah, i could sort of tell it was difficult to read but wasn't sure if any other colors would look out of place. adding a text border is definitely a good idea

otherwise you can just use outline object in paint.net, much easy takes literally 2 seconds
