You didn't see it because they aren't panties. It is a bandanna of some kind, you can see the knot under the hair but nothing going over and behind the head. This is the only post on this site at the moment that has both the "panties on head" and "sleepymaid" tags. You may see panties, but it doesn't look that way to me.
