its called pokemon psychic adventures, its basically just pokemon firered but your starter can be a drowsy instead of I think bulbasaur and you cant do shit for the majority of the first half of the game since drowzee doesn't learn hypnosis till like level 20 odd

And the more you level up your drowzee or Hypno the more stuff you can do with female NPCs, and all the male gym leaders are replaced by other female gym leaders, for example Brock is replaced by Roxanne and Lt. Surge replaced by Whitney
