Sorry about the quality, this is my first attempt at a manip. I used a mobile app. I suppose it's what happens when you keep editing an image but take a new screenshot each time. Is there a quick way to switch this with a better quality version?

The idea was that Tsunade is too tough and has been around long enough to know what the dom is trying to do but acts clueless. Since the dom isn't anyone Tsunade really considers a threat, she allows them a few minutes to continue. She's most likely avoiding her work as Hokage anyway.
