Somewhat relevant to the image, I just noticed there is only one image tagged cheating, and no images tagged netorare, netori, cuckold, or cuckquean. This is a little weird, because I'm certain there's images on here which would be tagged as such on other sites.

Question: Should they be tagged, and what as (to avoid confusion)?

For the unfamiliar, these are usually only tagged where the act is referenced, either in the image or in accompanying text. The definitions tend to be as follows:

Cheating
A character having super sexeh tiemz with someone other than their (marital or non-marital) partner. Normally, this would it to be consensual for the cheating partner, but as a tag it is often used regardless of consent and is obviously coupled with rape when non-consensual. As a genre name, it is often used interchangeably with cuckold (and so, cuckquean,) netorare, and netori, despite their different definitions (strictly speaking).

Cuckold
As a noun, cuckold describes a male whose partner is cheating. As a verb, to cuckold is to cheat on a male partner, and to be cuckolded is to be cheated on as a male partner. As a genre name, it is often used interchangeably with netorare, netori, and cuckquean, and is a sub-genre of cheating.

Cuckquean
This is the female version of a cuckold. As a genre name, it is usually ignored in favour of cheating, netorare and cuckold, but like cuckold, is more accurately a sub-genre of cheating.

Netorare
Also shortened to NTR. Netorare is to have a partner taken away. As a fetish genre, this (strictly speaking) refers more specifically to a partner being taken away from the viewer/reader or POV character, but is often used as a synonym for cheating, and as a genre name, it is often used interchangeably with cheating, cuckold (and so, cuckquean,) and is often used instead of netori, regardless of correctness.

Netori
Netori is to take a partner away. As a fetish genre, this (strictly speaking) refers specifically to the viewer/reader or POV character taking away another character's partner, and as a genre name, it is often forgone in favour of using netorare as an umbrella term to catagorize both acts, especially where the POV character is not necessarily the character readers will empathise with.

For example, this image provides examples of:
cheating
AND
cuckold [as an umbrella term] OR cuckquean [strictly speaking - the character being taken from is female]
AND
netorare [as an umbrella term] OR netori [strictly speaking - the POV character is doing the taking]
BUT NOT
rape [for the purposes of tagging fantastical, made-believe imagery and not real life: NO non-consensual sexay times are depicted or described; ALL action depicted or described occurs while the victim is depicted or described as willing]
