any other circumstances I would say that losing your job is worth what hes experiencing, but because of current world events, I'd say that job is more important than any fetish somebody could have

Having worked in retail, I empatize with the poor guy.
And let me tell you, there is nothing like being "dreaming of being the happiest employee" xD Unless you sell stuff you are really passionate about and can chat with clients about, and even then you have so much stuff pushing behind (namely: going faster) it's draining !
I know i'm reading way too much into it, by no mean is the story bad or stuff.

But use those powers for good ! Hypnotize that shitty boss and make them give a raise or a promotion to poor Ryan !
