It's actually more sinister than you think, Yes she's almost all robot except a few things which I think are her brain, Heart possibly, and nethers. The robot programming and hardware can access all of this especially her brain and heart. This, as well as her accurate body proportions, is probably used to impersonate her human self. It's how she was able to get "Her Sister" and the others shown as well. I'd also assume if there are Mass Productions, they have a whole mind copy that can be used for the "Original Personality" option the creator had in the "Instruction Manual"
Later images show that the nethers are definitely all robot now.
But the text describing how the "original personality" is stored as "data" was a bit cheeky and possibly misleading... It might make slightly more sense if the brain had to be kept.
