welcome to japanese light novels where they literally spell out the plot in their titles. And that's not even the entire title, it's:

"Do you love your mother and her two hit multi-target instant kill attacks?"

Because it's an Isekai where the secondary character is the OP bullshit and the MC is just a means to allow for incest/MILF fetishism. Since over the story he collects a harem of battle moms.

It's because many of these Light Novels started out as Web Novels, and whatever sites they started on didn't allow for descriptions to be given for the novels. So the titles became the descriptions.

And your description is why I've never watched/read it.

SAO, Gate and Overlord are three LNs based on web novels that buck that trend, but that's mostly because they're actually decent (Sao barely scraps under the line) and don't need a stupid title.
