Like I said in a previous post: Headcrabs work exactly like the parasites in resident evil! (Or similarly). Where once they attach to the head of the victim they control that victims body (basically they're aware). It also shows a hole in they're stomach but that's not allowed on the site :/ because Source Filmmaker doesn't allow the hole in the stomach as that counts as gore too.
