This costume comes from Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal.

During a Zexal II ("second") story arc, Nistro (JP: Gauche) is found working as a masked pro-Duelist known as "The Starman". He originally wanted his partner Dextra (JP: Droite) to work with him in Tag Duels, but she refused because she didn't want to wear the costume. Naturally, this being a show for young boys, we get fanservice of the characters imagining what she might look like enthusiastically showing off in said skin-tight costume.

And then, why not put Akiza (JP: Aki) in it (because hentai)?

Fun trivia:
Droite, while Dueling a villain to protect her love interest, gets mind wiped to forget him.
