I have no idea what's the source nor who's the one who made the manip ( assuming it is a manip ) since I exhumed the pic while cleaning an old folder.

Really, since most of what's posted here seems to be Japanese art, which is almost always censored, wouldn't it make more sense to use an "uncensored" tag? I mean, if it's really worth a tag, that is.
