yeah i guess character request was something of a misnomer; i just don't know if i should be tagging this character at all, if they're an OC or from something. reading the source closer it does seem to say that though i'll fix it

Most likely an OC, and I think the series she's in is based off of Power Rangers but isn't an actual season. Sort of like how that Dinaranger doujin from some years back is loosely based on Super Sentai?
