The magician is Al Lusion aka Abracadaver while the girl have no name since she is meant to look like Blossom. This guy is one of the few that actually dies in the Power Puff Girls and we see it happen.

in fact, we see him die 2 times in the same episode. one being human and the other being a zombie.
