Spade, after being captured by Alt the Saiyan is put through multiple hypno sessions that never hold for more than a few hours, as such, Alt has Android 21 fashion a collar to dull Spade's mind to be more docile and submissive. Upon it's completion, Alt immediately gives the Saiyan to act like a puppy, and dresses Spade as such, much to 21's annoyance and confusion.
