Oh man I went down a bit of a rabbit hole trying to figure out what was up with the name 'Amamiya Piropiro'. Turns out the original version of the drug appears in a CG collection called 「搾精研究所」(semen extraction research institute) in which Yamada and Amamiya-sensei are the main characters.
