What guy is that?

I think you had your dom/sub tags backwards. That said, I don't really see the MC in this. I mean, in the text. I can accept empty eyes as MC, but the text doesn't seem to add anything to make it more MC-related. It's cute, though.

the problem is it was not linked to the parent... which to be fair, the cowgirls are different, but the theme and coloration are basically the same - if we take that into account, it suggests it's min control milk, otherwise, it's just unclear

I don't see how the parent/child are connected at all, except being from the same manipper.

I... guess. It really should be more clear. It feels like it took a page from "Controlling Mother"'s playbook when it comes to portraying MC. It also just seems really odd to show a girl with empty eyes and not make her the submissive focus of the pic.
