Asuka(the character mind controlled) is a girl but she is always mistaken as a male, detector is the character who put the collar on Asuka

"The Detectors (ディテクター) is a mysterious organization in Danball Senki W, and the second antagonist faction in the Danball Senki Series. Other than the mysterious masked man and the slave players(The brainwashed characters), no other members and operatives are completely known yet."
