Found this page in Amazing Spider-Man (Vol 1.) 22. I’m not a big fan of mine controlling/hypnotic supervillains, ironic I know, but seeing the HEROES do it is quite fun. Now, who do I have to ask to get “mind control tech” into being one of Peter’s main gadgets?

Peter is such a good guy, anyone else would’ve taken that thing and used it for themselves, like me

Yeah, we’d have probably made the dude give himself up and use the tech for our own nefarious purposes, muahaha!

I’m reading from the Marvel Masterworks collections, so I’ll have to do some math. If ASM started in ‘63, and this is issue 22, and there are about 12 issues per year, I’d say 1965? Just a guess
