Someone needs to fix up those eyes. The border on Mikan's right eye is all crooked, and the method chosen to empty the eyes just doesn't look good, in my opinion. I think a gradient would work better here, or at least make the lighter part look less like a random blob.

Generally, I'd probably consider putting this up for judgment due to the messy eye attempt. However, I think I'll hold off on that for now, because I think I might fix it up sometime tomorrow.
