It's a brand new user, uploading their first ever picture.
Give them a break... Everyone can contribute to tags if the original tags are lacking. We need more people submitting, but when new users do there's always someone who complains in the comments about something they could fix themselves.

I don't know for sure if they're "brand new" or not but I can see now that this is their first upload. Seeing that, I probably could have phrased my comment a bit differently. There's been a trend a furry posts not being tagged as such so I've been wary, my B. Regardless, I feel my comment still stands. Even new users need to learn to tag if they intend to continue posting.
I only commented on this post, originally, because I have this subject matter blacklisted. Before that, I had already added two tags that would exclude it from my sight.

For all that you've said, CSmithNight, I noticed that you haven't added any tags yet. You might want to take your own advice. It could help a few other users out.

Edit: Okay, I added some extra tags. For future reference, Kruci, it's a good idea to add tags after after uploading. That way, you can take advantage of the auto-complete in the tag box. Just click "Edit" at the bottom, under the image.
