The girl in the video is Ninomae Ina'nis, a virtual youtuber who calls her fans 'takodachi' (a portmanteu of 'octopus' and 'friend' in japanese). She's a very chill, friendly character who likes to draw and commune with the dark gods from beyond the stars. In this edit/AU she's been sponsored by the Mind Control University to audit their classes and use her influence to get them students (thralls). Unfortunately, neither she nor her fans know what 'MCU' stands for and they can't read the latin in the logo. Daphne is the main character of the story that the MCU is actually from. That should about cover it. I recognise that the number of people who are fans of both the MCU and Hololive is likely rather low and that this is rather niche, but ah well.
TLDR: Cute influencer gets brainwashed by evil educational institute run by mind controllers.

I hope that helps.
Well, I'd imagine Ina would actually be immune to that sort of thing. As would Mori and Gura, all three of them are either old as dirt or just too damn experienced to fall for this sort of thing. Gura probably is some sort of super mage, simply because it would be in her character to have studied magic to try and solve her boredom in the past. Mori would be protected/immune because she is a reaper and they kinda need universal magic/hypnosis resistance to do their jobs. While Ina would either be immune or protected by her 'patrons'.
Who's Daphne Miller supposed to be in this? You should only be tagging them if they're shown in the image, and you should be tagging the main characters primarily, not the characters shown in the small thumbnails.

First time uploading. Please let me know if I got anything wrong. Credit to The Us Doctor for giving me ideas.
Really hope to see more of this in the future, especially since we have so little Ina hypno art.
Plus, Ina just goes with the flow naturally so it's kinda easy to see her being hypnotized.

Sie *Something* Imperium. Says here Imperium is 'Control', but also 'Government'. So it wouldn't help, even with a reference.

Sit mens imperium. Literally "It is mind control."
