I don't understand why "using software not allowed on site like this" would be an issue. Unless I'm missing something?
In rhe rules section of this site there is a section on not using mass producable images such that can ve made from computer software, and at least in my opinion this software is some of the easyiest to mass produce images like these

Dude… I don’t know what your real problem is with this image, but the rule you cite is clearly targeted at churning out cheap stuff with programs like the specifically mentioned Kisekae. Heck, it even makes exception for Kisekae images that have been spiced up through extra work in post. A custom 3D model morph posed in a custom scene is more effort and of much higher quality than you’re letting on, and should absolutely be allowed here.

So this model is made in a program called DAZ3D a free program anyone can download, the model of which is used here appears to be one of the basic ones that comes with the program as you download it, the scene itself seems to come from the DAZ shop under the name of Collective3d Movie Sets Home Interior at www.daz3d.com/collective3d-movie-sets-home-interior ($10) which you can buy in larger packs for a discount. For the pose I went and downloaded the software to see how long it would take to recreate this. To start the mouth seems to be completely unedited and is what comes in as default minus a change to the lip color, the eyes have had a color change and have had the pupils and brow slid up a bit (3 sliders used time took to replicate less than 1 min) For the pose itself while yes it appears to have some more work put into it, I managed to get fairly close in the 10 min I gave myself to recreate it mind you it took me about half the time just to find where the pose controls where. The one thing I could not manage to recreate in a short amount was the hair which to my best guess was just bought off the DAZ store as well. (link to the pose I made ibb.co/rs1gJVS [will be deleted in a week]) (also another pic on this site with the exact same pose hypnohub.net/post/show/12...t-black_hair-bottomless-b). Heck I've put more work into making a kisikae character than this and I still don't believe I should post those here.
TLDR This pose is hardly original and can be reproduced easily, the model is the base model, scene while custom is just bought from the store
Now I do want to clarify I also agree there should be exceptions to the rule if there is significant work placed into such as when someone makes a gif or they design a new 3d model for a custom prop/hair/clothes etc. But if all you are doing in one of these is moving a few sliders, and using default models then I can not see how any one could not call this a mass producible image.

I feel like this argument falls apart with the knowledge that this individual picture is part of a series of images (and this particular one is an extra image), but I also think that you have a more singular view of what art is and you want to keep the gates closed. What you are petitioning would not only ban most static 3D art, but potentially blackball some 2D artists as well.

<snip>a lot of effort to prove a close-minded point</snip>
Huh, well, whatever. Since you seem intent on pressing the matter, allow me to direct you to an easier solution:
My Account -> Settings -> Tag Blacklist -> 4321sleep -> Save -> Boom, problem solved.
Look, there is one particular artist on here for whom my hatred can hardly be put into words. Their art evokes strong feelings of utter revulsion in me. I added them to my blacklist, but their stupid avatar still shows up occasionaly in comments because of how the blacklist works. I'm still here though and not making a big stink about it because others like their work. The site isn't exactly being flooded with "cheap" 3D art either to my knowledge, which further takes the wind out of your argument about it being so easily mass-producible. Respectfully, get over yourself and move on.
