Context: In the game Detroit Become Human Kara and Alice go to a house with a man living inside named Zlatko and his butler and amazing/wholesome android ever Luther. Basically after Zlatko lies and manipulates Kara into getting this machine she starts to get reset/brainwashed and the outcome of being brainwashed means you forget about Alice and the main objective of the game.

Minus being naked, that can actually happen in the game, yes.
Kara ends up having her mind wiped and must obey her new master's orders.
She even ends up with her old mannerisms and body language she had before breaking free of her programming, which is pretty hot.
