There. I am so sorry about the fucking abomination the original one was. This has corrected errors and less weird nasty fetishes that I didn't even know I had. Enjoy.

Ah yes, that feeling of looking back over something you wrote and going "what the fuck."

e: This is going to send me into a downward spiral of self-recrimination and identity-questioning, but for what it's worth I preferred the original. It was very stark.

I can entirely understand and respect your decision though.

e2: Changed my mind again, I actually like this one better now. In case you hadn't noticed, this can get complicated :p

I like your writing though, I look forwards to seeing what else you have in you.

So we have the ends-with-a-corpse version and a turns-into-orgasming-vegetable version... but they seem so tame without it being body control with a screaming internal resistance that slowly peters out.

Glory to the dark side! All hail bad ends!

Thanks! I look forward to seeing what you do next as well, after you made that superb Mako one!

Should this really have the "death" tag? She doesn't die in this one, just has her mind sapped away. Still really dark, but if you consider mindlessness to be death, a lot of stuff on this booru could be tagged as such.

Wat. Didn't know someone tagged Death. I might want to dispute that one.

I can see why someone may have thought it needed the tag, since the word "husk" generally implies a corpse or dead piece of an organic body. Of course, that's not how it's used here. Corpses can't orgasm.

Is there that much of a difference, though?

Quite so. If something had the power to take away the mind without killing, chances are it has the power to put it back, in its original state or otherwise.

On a somewhat related point, if you want to get down and dirty about if heavily changing someone's personality and memories is death, of course, then you should also consider that you are never again the same you after each infinitesimally small span of time that passes, because your mind, personality, and memories are all constantly in flux, so say science. This would mean that you're constantly dying all the time, if you truly thought about death in that manner.

Me? I consider it...guiding and expediting that flux, instead.
