I were supposed to draw a present for a friend, since i m someone really lazy who always do thing at the last min i decided to study a little anatomy ^^ i still have to improve.
Btw is there someone here who know how do the soft shading ?

Use a soft brush.

But really study shadows from reallife, find out where they taper off and where they have hard edges and practice, thats the only way you'll learn.

With colors you can use a lower-density brush like Zko said, and if you're talking about shadows you can use a lower density ("flow" in Photoshop) eraser on the edges of your shadows.
