At the bottom of Alstolfo's character portrait, it says "haigure slave". So I think that Alstolfo is the sub.

Woah boy, massive translation notes incoming. I play FGO in both NA and JP so finally my ability to reference how the NA localization translates JP skill descriptions is needed.

All three of Astolfo's skill names are references to his skills and noble phantasms in lore. Skill 1 is based on his noble phantasm "Trap of Argalia: Down with a Touch!", replacing the downing with brainwashing. Skill 2 uses the structure of his noble phantasm "La Black Luna: Magic Flute That Calls Panic" while replacing the magic flute with the netting from another of his noble phantasms "Vulcano Caligorante: Fortuitous Netting" and then replacing panic with the wedgies of haigure (I'm not a haigure person so if there's a better English word for this in haigure land please fix). Skill 3 is his "Evaporation of Reason" skill except with the evaporation replaced with going into heat. I tried to word play this to still bring to mind his original skill name. The skill descriptions are translated using the same wording style used in FGO NA.

While the skills themselves reference having the ability to turn enemies into haigure and then have advantage against haigure and females, I'm not sure this qualifies as pov or pov_dom so I removed those tags.

I really don't understand the concept of this "Haigure" shtick, so, can someone kindly forward it to me, please?

I don't think anyone fully understands "haigure". It's kind of like a fetish and a meme at the same time. I'm fairly certain it was all started by one of the Crayon Shin-chan movies. (I don't know which one.)
