If the effects were already in the video, it's not a "real life manip" for the purpose of the rule.

It's needlessly confrontational to call it stupid to count it, but we don't do so.

That's a welcome change in policy, then, because a couple years ago I had several gifs from GGH deleted precisely because they were declared real-life manips
