For today's Penlight fanart, we have an image of Hiroko pulling off a convincing cosplay as Yu-Gi-Oh's Anna Kaboom! She's looking a little out of it here, though. Maybe she's been hypnotzied by her opponent. Or maybe that cannon's a bit too heavy...
